At Splendies, we want you to love your new arrivals, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel items may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
